Position Summary

We are seeking empathetic, resilient, and skilled Mental Health Therapists to provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy services to diverse client populations. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client well-being. We welcome candidates who are fully licensed in Oklahoma, operating under supervision, or currently completing practicum requirements. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct thorough mental health screenings, psychosocial assessments, and diagnostic evaluations for individuals, groups, couples, and/or families.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and review individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care).
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being.
  • Coordinate care with internal case managers, psychiatrists, and external service providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and all state regulations.
  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, clinical consultations, and ongoing professional development.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and ethical standards set by the Oklahoma licensing boards. 
Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure Status (must meet one of the following):
    • Fully Licensed in the State of Oklahoma (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW-Adm, etc.)
    • Under Supervision for Licensure (LPC Candidate, LMSW, etc.), with a clear plan for obtaining full licensure in Oklahoma.
    • Current Practicum or Internship Student in an accredited Master's program.
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic, assessment, and therapeutic intervention skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Case Manager

Job Title: Mental Health Case Manager

Location: Cleveland County
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Contract Available
Salary Range: 

Entry-Level/Case Manager I: $38,000 - $40,000 annually or $16-$18 per hour.

Experienced/Case Manager II: $41,600 to $52,000 per year or $20-$25 per hour.

  • Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments of clients' behavioral health, social, environmental, and support needs.

  • Coordinate access to a wide range of services, including therapy, medication management, support groups, housing assistance, employment resources, and legal aid.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide face-to-face behavioral health rehabilitation (BHR) services to individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders, in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver skills training and education in areas such as symptom management, social skills, self-care, independent living skills, and recovery practices, individually or in group settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (therapists, case managers, psychiatrists) to ensure coordinated and holistic care, participating in treatment team meetings and case conferences.
  • Monitor and document client behavior, progress, and responses to interventions, adjusting approaches as necessary and maintaining accurate, timely records compliant with HIPAA and state regulations.
  • Assist clients in identifying strengths, goals, and barriers to recovery, helping them develop coping mechanisms and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide education and support to family members and support systems as part of the educational services curriculum.

Position SummaryWe are seeking an organized, efficient, and experienced professional to fill the dual role of Office Manager and Billing Specialist. This pivotal role ensures the smooth administrative operation of the clinic while managing all aspects of the insurance billing cycle. The ideal candidate has experience in a medical or behavioral health setting, possesses strong leadership skills, and is meticulous with administrative and financial details.

Key Responsibilities & DutiesOffice Management (50%):

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Manage front desk functions, including client check-in/out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and processing client payments.
  • Supervise administrative support staff (if applicable), providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, managing procurement and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and record keeping.
  • Manage electronic health record (EHR) system administration and assist with onboarding new clinical staff to administrative procedures.

Billing Specialist (50%):

  • Stay current with changes in medical coding (CPT/ICD-10) and insurance regulations for behavioral health services.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
